Further, we may disclose to your supervising faculty, if your use of our Websites is required in connection with a course in which you are enrolled, your individual data including your name, email address, and scores from any exams that you complete on our Websites, as well as statistical analyses that compares your performance to that of other students.

We may disclose aggregated information about our users, and information that does not identify any individual, without restriction.  For example, we may disclose summarized sample exam performance data, such as scores and time spent on individual items and questions, in an anonymous, non-identifiable manner to help our users view their performance in exam simulations relative to our other users.
